Every life has stressful moments but it is during these trying times where inner strength is found. Whether it's the loss of someone dear, coming to terms with your own emotions or not feeling your best on a particular day all these situations are opportunities for character development. A rough patch where nothing feels like it's working may occur, this could be called a stress overload. Eventually though it will pass and whatever challenge that was causing dismay will be conquered. Best of all after enough circumstances that facilitate you to grow, you'll start to realize more resilience in yourself. Things that would've destroyed you before no longer effect you, the progress you've made to become a stronger individual will feel great.

Secret (Shh)" is a compelling and thought-provoking self-portrait that delves into the complex and secretive world of the military intelligence community. The painting portrays me during my time in the Army, captured in a moment of tension and introspection.

At the center of the composition, I am seated in a chair, appearing calm but with an unmistakable air of anxiety. I am undergoing a lie detector test, symbolizing the constant scrutiny and pressure to maintain confidentiality within the military intelligence realm.

Behind me stands a formidable figure—a stoic and resolute samurai holding a gleaming katana to my neck. This samurai represents the embodiment of discipline, loyalty, and the unwavering commitment to protect classified information.
